In troubled times, how good are you at making you (and your boss) successful?

Take our change agent assessment and evaluate your skills. “Why should I care about managing change?” Because change skills give you power in today’s environment.

Executives say they want change, but don’t really understand what it takes to achieve it. This workshop will help you successfully navigate workplace dynamics to get buy-in for the changes you want (or have to deal with!).

In exploring why the OPM3 assessment was so dreaded, we found that it wasn’t the tool that caused concern; it was the process itself – the process of change.

This session takes “Change Management” from dealing with requirements to HOW we actually develop skills for implementing successful change initiatives in our organizations and lives.  We will discover what it takes to align the enthusiasm of leaders and peers to achieve what we want.

Topics Include:

OPM3 & change initiatives best practices in change management process vs. project change individual vs. organization change assessing & increasing your capabilities influence & communication techniques dealing with resistance and so much more.

Panelists:

Martha Legare and a Panel of Change Experts
